We use Google Analytics to understand how merchants use our platform:

• _ga — Used to distinguish users (2 years)
• _ga_* — Used to persist session state (2 years)
• _gid — Used to distinguish users (24 hours)

Functional Cookies (Can be disabled)

• mahx_pref — Saves your dashboard layout and preferences
• mahx_onboard — Tracks your onboarding progress

Marketing Cookies (Can be disabled)

• Used for retargeting and measuring ad effectiveness across platforms like Google and Meta
• These are only set if you visit mahanx.in through a paid advertisement

Some of our pages contain content from third-party services which may also set cookies. These include:

Google Analytics — Website analytics (see Google's privacy policy)

Razorpay — Payment processing on checkout pages

YouTube — If you watch demo videos embedded on our site

Intercom or similar — Customer support chat widget (if active)

When Krato Bot is embedded on your Shopify store, it uses minimal cookies on your customers' devices:

• krato_session — Maintains conversation context within a single session (session cookie, auto-deleted when browser closes)
• krato_cid — Anonymous visitor identifier for continuity across sessions (30 days)

These cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information. They are used only to maintain conversation state so customers don't have to repeat themselves.

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. We currently do not respond to DNT signals as there is no consistent industry standard for handling them.
